Understanding whether a vehicle is awake forms part of waking up data. It is a status indicator used by fleet managers to see the status of their fleet of vehicles.
Wake-up data lets users know the status of the vehicle. If a vehicle is dormant then fleet managers can identify them as being available. Sending users to the vehicle's location will make them assured they are accessing a vehicle that no one is using.
