An application providing a specialized insurance for drivers of electric and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles. The careful driver is rewarded (in JOLT) at the end of each trip. The JOLT can be spent in an ecosystem of services: charging stations, insurance premiums, self-service electric scooters.
